Comments:

The photo research for this painting was taken at Scott’s personal pool.  The jacuzzi is in the foreground which poured into the pool in the background.  If you look closely in the shaker, you will see Scott’s house reflected in it as well as palm trees distorted in the reflection at the stem of the martini glass. 

Palm trees and sunshine were abundant at their San Diego home.
