Returns and Refunds Policy

Fine Art Returns:

Fine art is considered a custom order due to printing, assigning a serial number, and custom framing (if applicable). In the case of cancellations and/or returns, customer will receive store credit only, no cash returns sans shipping cost. All fine art returns are subject to inspection before return approval. Any damages that occur during shipping MUST be reported within 7 days of receipt. Frames are subject to change without notice.

Merchandise Returns:

All returned merchandise must be in original condition with the original item packaging/tags. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date they have been received. Store credit will be issued for returns over 14 days. Returns without original item packaging/tags or in original condition will not be accepted.
All Sale items are final.

Returning a Gift?

Include proof of purchase for store credit or a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping

Cost of return shipping for Online orders will be covered by the Customer.
