“After working on something photorealistic that’s requires patience, a calm mind, and lots of focus, I like to step back and draw something; anything.  It’s my way of shaking off any painter’s block, especially since I’m interrupted by my sweet newborn, Daisy.  My go-to subject seems to be skulls every time.

I loved how this one turned out and as I picked it up to show my husband, I spilled breast milk all over it.  Hence the smears. It is now worth $100,000 of pure liquid gold. (wink)”
