For International Shipping, you must call the Gallery to complete an order. All duties, taxes and brokerage fees are paid by the customer.

Returns and Refund Policy

At Jacobs Gallery, we have a thirty-day return policy from the date of receipt.  Returns made after the thirty-day timeframe will be given store credit for full amount of purchase.  To qualify for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sale items are final sale.

Gift cards are nonrefundable.

 

Returning a Gift?

Include proof of purchase for store credit or a refund to the original purchaser.
